Most of this is manufactured in our own factories, to ensure that we are able to deliver the product quality and consistency that our customers require. Each of our offices also has a dedicated customer service unit for polished sales. The depth and breadth of our polished inventory is carefully maintained to ensure that customers can rely on us to meet all their product needs, no matter how long the timeframe. As with our rough, we offer tailored, consistent assortments, containing the quality, shapes and sizes that customers require for their jewellery manufacturing operations. These goods can also be supplied in the form of a polished programme. If need be, we can even manufacture polished to a customer's own specifications.Our customers know that our diamonds will be easier to sell, because we manufacture to higher standards, to produce diamonds with more life and beauty. We also give the consumer additional reassurance, by certifying stones, when required, to provide independent verification of quality. Our service doesn't end with delivery of the stones either.
